2. CHARACTERISTICS OF ECORATOR:
+ Ecorator is the advanced air supply solution for the wastewater treatment;
+ Not sludge clogging due to large air-blowing area;
+ Low sludge accumulation at the bottom of the tank;
+ Long life time (> 18 years);
+ Simple and inexpensive installation;
+ The efficiency of dissolving oxygen into water remains unchanged after many years of using;
+ No maintenance; or very rarely, not often,…;
+ Installation without draining wastewater in tank (especially for renovation and replacement projects);
AFTER LONG OPERATION TIME, WHY IS NOT ECORATOR CLOGGED AND ACCUMULATED
+ Ecorator has open structure, large air-blowing area, so that sludge is not clogged.
+ Ecorator is an ejector-type air distribution equipment, distributing air by open hole, mixing 03 lines: air + wastewater + activated sludge. When air enters into Ecorator, it will pull the sludge-wastewater mixture up from the bottom of tank, internal disturbance will happen inside before discharging outside at the same time. Therefore, activity of Ecorator does not create an anaerobic sludge layer at the bottom of the tank.
– The above process is repeated many times and making a good mix of sludge, air & wastewater, the efficiency of dissolving oxygen into the water is increased.
3. APPLICATION:

+ Easy to replace other equipment or install new even tank is full of wastewater.

4. INSTALLATION METHOD:
+ Install Ecorator so that the air from the air blowers can be evenly supplied to the operation of the aeration tank is one of the questions that the technical departments are interested in.
+ Different with disc/tube, Ecorator will be installed individually or in groups: Group 2, Group 4, Group 6,… Depending on the amount of air, dimension of the tank, quantities of calculated Ecorator, the designer will decide the number of Ecorator for each installed group.
+ Each group of Ecorator will have the separated adjusting valve.
