OPERATION PRINCIPLE OF BELT PRESS
+ Belt press is a machine used to filter, press sludge in the sludge treatment process of supply water/wastewater treatment plants, sludge is filtered, pressed by mechanical pressure. + Firstly, the mixture sludge will be coagulated, flocculated to floc with create large size, improving the water separation of sludge, then pump will pump sludge to the auxiliary belt of belt press, then sludge is distributed evenly on surface of belt, because of gravity, a part of filtered water will be permeable through the belt, then concentration of solid in sludge increase.
